Copyright Ownership

Upon final payment, all intellectual property rights for the delivered content are transferred to you, the client. You have full permission to use, modify, and distribute the materials; however, be mindful that your modifications or new distribution channels could create unanticipated risks so feel free to contact us for compliance guidance.

Revisions

Standard service packages include the specified number of revisions. Additional revisions may be provided at a rate of $150/hour.

Turnaround Times

Delivery timelines depend on prompt client feedback and approval during the project phases and could be affected by unexpected events.

Compliance Responsibility

While we provide content crafted for submission to your compliance team, securing their final approval remains your responsibility.

Payment Terms

Payment is due up front for all standard service packages. For custom projects exceeding $2,000, a 50% deposit is required to begin work.

Right to Terminate

At Bro2Adv Consulting, we value transparency and flexibility in our client relationships. Here’s how cancellations work for our retainer services:

For our Monthly Retainer services, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice via email. While retainers are paid in advance and are non-refundable, we will deliver any work completed during the notice period, and no additional charges will apply after the notice period ends.

For our Annual Retainer services, you may cancel at any time with 60 days’ written notice via email prior to the renewal date. Since the annual retainer is paid in advance and non-refundable, services will continue to be provided through the end of the term or the notice period, whichever is sooner.

Bro2Adv Consulting also reserves the right to terminate either a Monthly or Annual Retainer agreement with 30 days’ written notice. In such cases, we will deliver all completed work up to the termination date and will continue providing services through the notice period. No refunds will be issued for retainers already paid, but we will strive to ensure a smooth transition for any ongoing projects.

No Refunds Policy

At Bro2Adv Consulting, our work is rooted in providing personalized, high-quality content tailored to your needs. Due to the time-intensive nature of our services and the value delivered during each stage of a project, we maintain a No Refunds Policy.

Once work has begun—whether through research, drafting, or revisions—significant time and expertise are invested to bring your project to life. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued.

We are committed to your satisfaction with our work and include revision rounds in each service package to address your feedback. Should additional adjustments be needed, they can be accommodated at our standard rate of $150/hour.

To ensure clarity, please include client’s full name, company name, type of retainer being terminated, and the intended termination date in the email.
