At Bro2Adv Consulting, we value transparency and flexibility in our client relationships. Here’s how cancellations work for our retainer services:
For our Monthly Retainer services, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice via email. While retainers are paid in advance and are non-refundable, we will deliver any work completed during the notice period, and no additional charges will apply after the notice period ends.
For our Annual Retainer services, you may cancel at any time with 60 days’ written notice via email prior to the renewal date. Since the annual retainer is paid in advance and non-refundable, services will continue to be provided through the end of the term or the notice period, whichever is sooner.
Bro2Adv Consulting also reserves the right to terminate either a Monthly or Annual Retainer agreement with 30 days’ written notice. In such cases, we will deliver all completed work up to the termination date and will continue providing services through the notice period. No refunds will be issued for retainers already paid, but we will strive to ensure a smooth transition for any ongoing projects.
